White Teddy bear Otis loves to fish. Every day he takes his favorite fishing rod and goes to the river to catch a fish. The bear is sewn of white viscose according to unusual patterns, tinted with artistic oil and densely stuffed with wood sawdust and wool. Connections on five cotter pins. The nose is embroidered with black threads. The eyes are black glass, sewn on. There are black pads molded from polymer clay on the paws. There is a tail on the back.

Otis is dressed in a jersey vest with an anchor badge on it. The bear and his clothes are delicately aged. The rod is made of bamboo.
