Teddy bear Basya

Teddy bear Basya 30 cm. in hight was sewn as a fantasy bear. He has great legs and a big nose, embroidered floss. It made him more fun. For his creation, I took a cotton curly brown mohair, filled him up with sintepon and added plastic granulate. This gave the bear a feeling of “live” and soft. I made voluminous heels and feet for bear – visible pads looks impressive. Basya has cotter pin fasteners, his body has a little tail and his head has ears sewn seam hiding outside.

For Basya I knitted hat and scarf made of cotton in the style of the rainbow, which are very suitable for this bear. His eyes glassy, black. His cute little face symbolizes innocence and kindness itself, and his eyes seemed filled with great love for everything beautiful. Basya was a gift for my colleagues anniversary and now lives in Moscow at Chistye Prudy.
